The hourly rates for our team are set out below. These are the rates for attendance and preparation time. The rates exclude VAT (currently 20%) which (if applicable) is payable in addition.
Director – £200

Routine letters and routine phone calls are each charged at one tenth of the hourly rate. Letters taking more than 6 minutes to prepare will be charged at the hourly rate. Telephone calls of over 6 minutes will also be charged at the hourly rate (all plus VAT, if applicable).
(These hourly rates do not apply to Judicial Review cases or appeals in the Court of Appeal or Supreme Court which attract a higher hourly rate.
